In the obverse design of 2022 Armenian Silver Noahs Ark Coins is a depiction of the coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia. The design shows a quartered shield that is supported behind by a heraldic eagle and a heraldic lion. On the shield, there are eagles and lions in the various quarters of the design field. At the center, there is a small shield with a depiction of Noahs ark resting atop Mount Ararat.

For the reverse design of the 2022 5 Kilo Silver Noahs Ark Coin, the mint features an artistic rendering of Noahs ark. The ark is shown as it glides along the floodwaters following the biblical rains sent by God to cleanse the world. The sun begins to rise above Mount Ararat in the background field, with a dove in the foreground that flies into view with an olive branch in its beak.
